RE: REVAMP
The Executive Order to establish REVAMP was
prepared by Jed Kee and signed by me, without date, in
order to discuss the proposal with the legislative leadership.
Mr. Kee suggested the possibility of obtaining
federal funds to operate the REVAMP council. Apparently
discretionary HUD 701 funds would qualify for REVAMP if
matched by the state in funds^and personnel. Accordingly.

Mr. Kee has also suggested an advertisement for
REVAMP members. The draft, together with any other public
release of information on REVAMP, should be handled by
Mike Youngren.
