AN ENABLING RESOLUTION OF THE BUDGET SESSION OF THE 43RD LEGISLATURE
OF THE STATE OF UTAH ENABLING THE INTRODUCTION AND CONSIDERATION
OF A' SENATE BILL ENTITLED   .
An act appropriating $1,475,000 for the construction of a new
facility for the Indian alcoholism counselling and recovery
house program; and providing for the ownership and use thereof."
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF UTAH, TWO-THIRDS
OF ALL MEMBERS ELECTED TO EACH OF THE TWO HOUSES VOTING IN FAVOR
THEREOF!
SECTION 1.  In accordance with Article VI, Section
2, of the Constitution of Utah, the Budget Session of the
43rd Legislature of the State of Utah hereby authorizes the
Introduction and consideration by this Session of a non-
budgetary bill  or resolution entitled:
INDIAN HEALTH AND ALCOHOLISM FACILITY
being S.  B.   NO.  74
amended by this Session.
