AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS IN GENERAL; CREATING THE  1985
EXECUTIVE  RESERVE  ACCOUNT;  AND  PROVIDING  AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
THIS ACT ENACTS NEW MATERIAL.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1.  (1)  There is created within the General Fund a
restricted account known as the 1985 Executive Reserve Account.
(2)  The followinq money shall be deposited into  the  1985
Executive Reserve Account:
ia)  the $4.6 million allocated in  Item 14, Section 3,
Chapter 265, Laws of Utah 1985;
(b)  any surplus revenues in excess of $9.6 million  for
fiscal year 1984-85; and

(c) any amount'^transferred on September 1, 1985 from the
Water Development and Flood Mitigation^Reserve Account, created
