8 AN  ENABLING  RESOLUTION OF  THE  BUDGET  SESSION OF THE 45TH
9 LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF UTAH ENABLING THE INTRODUCTION
10 AND   CONSIDERATION OF A  BILL OR RESOLUTION  ENTITLED
11 "JUDICIAL ARTICLE REVISION."
12 Be  it resolved by the Legislature of the State of Utah, two-
13 thirds of all members elected to each of the two houses voting
14 in favor thereof:
15 Section  1.  In accordance with Article VI, Sec. 2, of the
16 Utah Constitution, the Budget Session of the  45th Legislature
17 authorizes the introduction and consideration of a nonbudgetary
18 bill or resolution numbered and entitled:
