The meeting was called to order and the first topic was the
discussion of record series on the change letter. Jeff made a
motion to approve the changes listed on the letter. All the
members approved the changes.
Mr. Johnson gave the committee some information concerning the
Society of Professional Journalists. Mr. Johnson stated this
organization now has a home page on the Internet. The ListServ
was setup by the Utah chapter of the Society of Professional
Journalist. The Home Page contains, among other Journalist and
records information, information concerning pending legislation
for the legislature. Mr. Johnson give addition information
concerning how to access this information if the committee
members were interested.
Mr. Evans asked if there was any other business. There was no
response.
Mr. Evans adjourned the meeting at 2:45.
