Ms. Smith-Mansfield called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m. The first item on the
agenda was the approval of the December 13, 2004 minutes. Mr. Albrecht moved to
approve the minutes, Ms. Thatcher seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The
next item was the approval of the January record series. Ms. Ross moved to approve the
record series, Mr. Whittaker seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. Since this
was the first meeting of a new year there were some other items of business to take care
of. The next item was the approval of Patricia Smith-Mansfield as the Chair. Ms. Ross
moved that Ms. Smith-Mansfield be appointed as the Chair of the State Records
Committee for two years. Mr. Albrecht seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Ms. Ross then moved that Janell Tuttle be appointed as executive secretary of the State
